In the afternoon, the class and I headed out to the centre of Strasbourg where we headed into the cheese bar, L’Epicier Grand Cru. Although the given information on the cheeses was fairly limited, the cheese itself was nothing short of impressive. Being a cheese fan myself, I really enjoyed the big abundance of cheese i was given to try. Along with the cheese, we were given two different wines, both red and white, to go with the delicious cheese. My favourite cheese was the young cow cheese with truffle in the centre. It made for the perfect afternoon bite!
